About The Oval

Caernarfon's footballers have used this ground for many years, and its pitch slope has long been a talking point. Seats acquired second-hand from Shrewsbury Town were later replaced with green and yellow ones paid for by the Football Trust. A major redevelopment during the 2025-26 season added the Wyn Davies Stand and raised seated capacity to 1,200 within an overall 3,000. The rebuilt ground then hosted three fixtures at the 2026 UEFA European Under-19 Championship.
