About Stangmore Park

Dungannon Swifts bought the land for this County Tyrone ground from a local company and opened it in 1975, initially using a temporary wooden social club that gave way to a permanent clubhouse in 1982. Around 2,000 spectators can be accommodated, roughly 300 of them seated. The venue has doubled as an emergency home for clubs promoted to the Irish Premiership whose own grounds fell short of licensing standards, among them Ballinamallard United in 2012 and Warrenpoint Town during the 2013-14 season.
