About Hayes Lane

Stanley Rous formally opened the Bromley ground on 3 September 1938, when a single 2,500-seat stand faced banking around the rest of the pitch. A crowd of 10,798 watched a friendly against a Nigeria XI in September 1948, and that remains the record. The John Fiorini Stand arrived in 1993 and the Glyn Beverly Stand was refurbished in 2019, while a £2.8 million East Stand was completed in October 2025 after promotion to League Two forced upgrades and the return of a grass surface. Sponsorship has renamed it the Copperjax Community Stadium.
