About Ferney Park
County Fermanagh's Ballinamallard United have used this ground since the club formed in 1975, and it now also serves their reserves and the women's side Fermanagh Mallards. Improvements began in 2006, though the team decamped to Holm Park in 2008 while the venue was brought up to IFA Championship standard, returning in December 2009. Floodlights followed in 2010 and, after promotion, an 80,000-pound re-laid pitch and new stands were ready for the first Premiership match against Dungannon Swifts in August 2012. A Milk Cup tie with Newcastle United came the same year.
