About Estádio Alfredo Jaconi
Construction ran from 1972 to 1975 on the site of Quinta dos Pinheiros, Juventude's earlier home in Caxias do Sul, and the replacement ground was inaugurated on 23 March 1975 under club president Willy Sanvitto. The Brazilian federation licenses it for 19,924 spectators, though the club quotes a larger figure. Its record crowd of 27,740 watched a national championship quarter-final against Grêmio in November 2002, and Copa do Brasil and Copa Libertadores ties have also been played here.
