About Ernest Pohl Stadium
Built in 1934 as the Adolf-Hitler-Kampfbahn and renamed in 2004 after Górnik's record scorer, the Zabrze ground was demolished and rebuilt from 2011. Three new stands opened on 21 February 2016, seating 24,563, and work then began on the fourth, main stand to carry the arena towards its planned 31,871 places. The heated pitch measures 105 by 68 metres, and the complex stands on ulica Roosevelta north of the city centre.
