About De Braak

Wedged between the Pronto and Wilma neighbourhoods on Helmond's north-eastern edge, the ground served Helmondia '55 and then Helmond Sport from 1916 until February 2025. Rebuilding work spread across 1994, 1997 and 2000 delivered new east, west and north stands, leaving one end open. Naming rights carried it through several identities: Lavans Stadion from 2010, SolarUnie Stadion from 2018 and GS Staalwerken Stadion from 2022. The club left for the adjacent Campus De Braak complex, which staged its first match on 7 March 2025.
