About Bozsik Aréna

Kispest's district XIX ground was demolished in 2019 and rebuilt from scratch, reopening on 24 July 2021 as an 8,200-seat arena designed by the Óbuda architectural studio. A three-storey main stand anchors a U-shaped bowl, floodlighting was renewed, and a lion sculpture by Gábor Szőke stands at the entrance. Costs climbed from an initial estimate of around 12.6 million euros to roughly 47 million. The venue staged matches at the 2021 UEFA European Under-21 Championship and hosted France against Israel in the Nations League in October 2024.
