About BMO Stadium

Built on the Exposition Park plot once occupied by the Los Angeles Memorial Sports Arena, this $250 million venue opened in April 2018 as the first open-air stadium raised in the city since Dodger Stadium in 1962. Seating banked at 34 degrees, an ETFE canopy and a keyhole gap framing the downtown skyline define the design, which earned LEED Silver certification. Angel City and LAFC share the Bermuda grass pitch, and flag football and lacrosse are scheduled here for the 2028 Olympics.
