About Bingoal Stadion

Designed by Zwarts & Jansma Architects and opened in July 2007, this 15,000-capacity ground at Haags Kwartier replaced the cramped Zuiderpark stadium as ADO Den Haag's home. Sponsorship has renamed it repeatedly, running from Kyocera Stadion through Cars Jeans Stadion to Bingoal Stadion. Beyond league football it staged the 2014 Men's Hockey World Cup and briefly housed AZ Alkmaar during 2019 while their own roof was repaired. Storm Eunice tore at the roof structure in February 2022.
